I almost never leave reviews. I know how exhausting it must be a barista and always try to be understanding and kind but...oh my... god, this Starbucks is a disaster. I waited, no exaggeration, over forty minutes for my coffee before I just gave up and walkedaway (ordered my coffee at 4:18 and eventually walked away at 4:50 something). For a Starbucks in an airport, they couldn't careless about getting your order in time for your flight. There were at least five people working back there, and there wasn't evena line of customers, but everyone seemed to be waiting ages for their coffees. The only employee back there who seemed to haveany sense of urgency kept encouraging her co-workers to speed things up, only to be met with "stop rushing me!" I saw one womenkeep labeling the cups and sticking them somewhere random behind her where the coffees aren't even made, so no one noticed them.Multiple people complained forgotten orders, and when I realized they probably forgot about mine too, I just gave up and left,because I couldn't keep waiting forever. hours of operation stated the location was open until 9pm. before 8pm they could not make half the menu because they "poured the... cold brew and iced coffee out" already. odd way to run a business to blatantly tell the customer you can't take their moneybecause you threw away the product before closing time. happy to get coffee elsewhere :) Read more

There should be a 0 star option. I?ve never in my life seen such blatant forms of disrespect to customers. While 20 of us stood... in line, the employees decided to start taking turns cleaning the counter while making zero coffees. This employee specificallystared at me with the dirtiest look on her face, to the point I asked her if she was honestly giving me a dirty look? I askedher for her name, and that?s when the look on her face changed to anger. We waited in line for 20 minutes, 1 coffee was made.Multiple people walked away and the employees had no regard for the customers at all. Read more

I don?t write bad reviews, but this was a truly awful experience. The woman at the register was very chatty and friendly with... all her coworkers, but when I got up to the register, I was met with such unkindness and disrespect. There were also about 7people ?working? and it took 30 minutes to get my drink; a crowd of 14 people had formed and were all waiting for about the sametime. I ordered an iced latte with 2 pumps of cinnamon dolce and when I got the drink, it had 20 pumps!!! When I tried to gettheir attention, they ignored me. I have never been treated so poorly by not just a Starbucks employee but, in the service industry in general. My drink was... overflowing out the side of the cop because it was filled way past the cup and going into the dome lid. My son grabbed it thetop came off and it was just dripping everywhere. I kindly asked the barista for another cup and she told me no. She told me shehad already put it in another cup and to drink it down. I said really? She replied I didn't do it, I didn't overflow it I'm notgiving you another cup drink it down. As it dripped all over there counter. I had to go to the garbage and scrape everything offthe top and wipe the cup down. One of the rudest people I have ever met. Read more

Horrible Starbucks. We waited 30 min for two drinks. An americano and a pumpkin spiced latte. They were out of the spice, so... I finally was able to get a regular latte. Horrible service, slow, bad experience. Read more

Avoid at all costs. I only ordered one scone, warmed up. I watched as several people behind me got their breakfast sandwiches... but employees ignored my order. I saw several people from in front of me in line walk up to the counter asking for their drinksbc they hadn?t gotten their orders yet. I waited 20 min before I had to ask and just got the scone cold bc my flight wasboarding. There were two poor people who ordered in front of me still waiting on their drinks when I left? it?s clear thatthey?re very disorganized and Employees clearly DGAF. Read more
