Horrible customer service. The two guys working refused service to the 3 of us at 3:30am. They advertise themselves as a 24 hour... business yet Refused us service!! The way they make the food is okay. I always order the same sub but for some reason it?s always a different price. I ordered from Uber eats. What a joke! The salad which cost 9+ dollars was nothing more than a small plastic container filled up... less than halfway with a tiny portion of lettuce and vegetables and meat. The sandwich was no better. The bread was wrong, and Ithink the person who made the sandwich was obviously trying to be stingy with ingredients. Nowadays it?s hard to find a Subwaythat doesn?t have cheap owners. See photos. Since I came to America Subway is been one of my favorite spots for a quick bite, I don't remember seen another one open 24... hours besides one in an airport, so because of that, the service and tasty subs I'll give it 5 stars, idk about rude employeeshere, every time I've been here they always do their job as they should. This location at 3034 Columbia Pike is very good during the daytime hours. The staff is excellent. However, every time the staff... is changed over for the evening shift the quality of service drops dramatically!!!! 4 stars daytime & 1 star night shift,including who i believe is the owner. He was polite tonight given how an employee catered to two customers he obviously knewwhile my sub got cold and sat as he continued to take care of the couple og shared culture who was behind me but the husbandchose to stand in front of me when i said where the line was. No problem as i simply stepped over thinking my sub was going tobe made. That's just tonight's incident. I do not personally eat at Subway often but if heading in late i pick up something toeat. Only once was my personal experience acceptable during the evening shift. Read more
