Seems like this place has pretty much converted to a ghost kitchen. They seemed confused that I was coming in as a regular... customer and not an ubereats delivery person. The inside has been converted to a catering assembly line, and the bathrooms areclosed for unclear reasons. Weird vibe if you're a traditional customer. Read more
This is the second time this has happened to me; my smoothie had pieces of PLASTIC in it. I kept having to spit the plastic out... while drinking the smoothie, I couldn?t even finish it. This tropical smoothie (Virginia Square location) is the only locationI?ve had this issue with. The other locations I?ve been to don?t have this issue. I shouldn?t be having pieces of plastic in mysmoothie, especially after all the money I?ve spent here. I?m writing this review because I don?t want this to happen to someoneelse. I like the smooties and wraps, but this location always acts confused about pickup orders. Literally everytime I come in here... they have to have a conversation among themselves to figure it out. This most recent time, I waited almost 20 mins once I gotto the store, and watched 5 people who ordered after me get their smoothies. I only ordered one smoothie off the menu. I order delivery from this place and I LOVE IT!!! I never write reviews but I have to for this place. Everything always tastes... fresh and so healthy!! I love the kiwi quencher smoothie and the jerk chicken wrap (just enough jerk seasoning but doesn't havea greasy or heavy taste) This place singlehandedly helps me to keep to my health goals when I forget to pack my lunch when I goto work. I hope you guys eventually add some keto/low carb options too!! Read more
Good acai smoothie. Sometimes they close early though they don't have a 'we're closed' phone message. So ended up driving for 15... minutes while their phone rang, only to arrive in time to find they closed early. We've tried 3 different smoothies from here and they've all been delicious! I loved the watermelon mojito one - so light and... refreshing. A lot more reasonably priced than some of the other smoothie spots in the area, especially with how huge thesmoothies are. Will have to try the food at some point, but will definitely keep coming back for smoothies. Read more
Terrible service. Ordered in store, and never called my order until I asked. Smoothie ended up melted. Will not be going back.
