Enjoyed the seasonal selection the restaurant offered. We ordered the butternut squash with caramelized onion pizza, avocado... chicken wrap, and the fall pesto pasta. The pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were perfectly paired andprovided tons of flavor. I had no complaints about the avocado chicken wrap but it was just as I expected. Avocado and chicken.Lastly, the fall pesto pasta was a great vegan dish including seared mushrooms and acorn squash. Personally I am a hugecarnivore so I was looking for something a little bit on the heavier side but overall the food was delicious and light. I woulddefinitely come again to try some of the other dishes. Read more

We love going this location during the weekend brunch time with our family, friends and puppies! They have lovely outdoor... seating, and the whole environment is dog friendly! Extra thank you to one of their manager, Diana, who gave our puppiesdelicious pup cut in the end! She’s super friendly, helpful! We strongly recommend this place to anybody, especially wholoves healthy, slightly smaller portion of dish but with much better quality, and the people who brings their dogs eat outdooroften! Also, they have good amount of gluten-free and vegetarian options, which is excellent if there’s a big group of peoplewith various diet styles. Read more

I initially avoided this place because it seemed kitschy, but since it survived the pandemic I figured it might be worth a try.... Good call, me! The place has a clean open layout with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are attentive but don't constantlyinterrupt your meal. The menu was a little dense but there are lots of options. I had the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl; the taste wasfantastic, and the serving size was hearty but not enormous. I also sampled from their cocktail and "refresher" menu. I'mthinking I should bring my wife here next time. Read more

I was so disappointed in this True Food Kitchen. It was the third location I've visited and it will be my last. Apparently... "to-go" orders are frowned upon. I wasn't even offered a glass of water while I waited. I was told to get up and go back to thehostess if I wanted a menu, and when I got my way too expensive meal back to my hotel I realized they didn't even bother to giveme a napkin or an eating utensil for a BOWL of vegetables and quinoa. Thoroughly unhappy. The food was good but not worth halfof what I paid. Read more

True Food Kitchen is a very nice option for good and healthy food. Service and atmosphere was excellent! The restaurant is very... well lid and spacious so that it does not give you the sensation of a crowded place at all. One case see easily the kitchenbehind a large window in the back. It certainly gives you the feeling of health and cleanliness. Everything we ordered was justdelicious. We loved and enjoyed the experience at True Food Kitchen very much. Great option at Ballston Quarter, Arlington, VA.Absolutely recommended! Read more

A nice healthy food option. The butternut squash pizza that I had was delicious. The pizza was however pretty small in size. My... friends and I ended up ordering more than we thought we would need so our bill was a bit higher. Read more
