Stopped over at Verre Wine Bar during lunch recently. Our server Jackie and the manager were both very friendly and... knowledgeable about the wine selection. I REALLY wanted to like this place more since I am obsessed with wine after living in Europe for 4 years. The service and food... have not been great. I ordered some bruschette and it was bad enough, but especially considering how expensive it was for badquality bread and (very little) un-flavorful toppings, I was bummed. I was also told dogs aren\'t allowed on the patio but havesince passed by almost every day to see dogs there. Really bad start to me moving into town and trying to find new places tomake my regular spots. I will give it that the vibe inside is cute. Read more

There is not a bad time to go, but weekday lunch is my favorite!! The chicken caprese or fig and brie sandwich with either salad... is incredible. Biscuits and mimosas at brunch are unmatched. Wine club membership is also a great deal, we love the freetastings each time we dine in and always get a unique bottle to take home. Read more
