Food is good and food service mediocre. Hey Cassidy if you're the owner or management why don't you assign an extra duty to each... of your servers and have them clean the blinds that look like the blinds haven't been cleaned in years. I worked as a server andone of our weekly assignments was to clean a section of blinds that were in my section and I didn't have to do all of the blindsjust a section and the other servers had their assigned sections. Show your customers that you care about your restaurant andclean the blinds, lighting and whatever else people can see. I hope you don't ignore this review and do something about thecleanliness of your restaurant. Read more
This is *the nicest* Buzz Inn I've been to. I always get prompt, excellent service at all of them, but they certainly delivered... tonight! I came with a group of 6 friends to treat them to dinner after they worked for me all weekend at a festival. They onlyhad one server, and she was fantastic. They were able to seat us immediately after giving us a 20-minute estimate. Got all ofour orders correct, including a couple of special requests due to allergies, and brought us pitchers of water and iced teawithout us asking. Food was excellent as always. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and well-lit. I wish we had Buzz Innsfurther south where we live. Read more
Large Pub/restaurant with a separate family section. We arrived at happy hour and were treated to large portion tasty food with... waitress who knew the product and described it perfectly. Lots of great beer as you might expect in the Pacific Northwest. Greatexperience!! Read more
Best piece of meat I've had in a great while. Cute little steak house in (Smokey point). Had the California Chicken Sandwich... today... My wife thoroughly enjoyed hers... My lettuce and tomatoes were meealy. Read more
I ordered a rib eye steak. Medium rare. It was ok. Not a lot of flavor to it. Definitely not my favorite steak, but it was ok.... I'm not sure I'll be back though. Ok, so we have been back for a quick lunch. The wait to be seated took a while! Ordered acherry Pepsi to drink, it was incredibly overwhelming of cherry syrup. When we mentioned it, we were told, no it was fine. Iordered chicken tenders & fries to be simple. My fiance order biscuits and gravy, with hash browns. Sausage & bacon. When we gotout ticket, I was surprised by ALL of the extra charges. I get that an extra side of meat was ordered. But the amount of extracharges were surprising to both of us. The Buzz Inn Steakhouse is a North Puget sounds chain that's also part Northwest dinner as well. Breakfast is served all day, as... well as lunch and dinner options available after a particular hour. The chicken fried steak and eggs, bigfoot size, I got wasdone to perfection, and was every bit delicious as I hoped it would be. The portion sizes are more than generous and there's achance it's more than you're going to eat all at once. I've come to this location more than a couple times now, so I can saythat it's been consistent each time I have been there. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star is, I just haven't tried muchelse off the menu, so it's possible that there's thing's that aren't so great, otherwise I'd definitely recommend this place,atleast this location. Delicious Hot food served in a timely manner great atmosphere. Great waitresses here. Great job ladies. They have big screen... t.v.s all over the walls. Full bar and lots of indoor dining. The food was marvelous and such large portions. Very good however it's tough on any establishment when a large group of more... than ten shows up. Confusion about our coming wasn't clear. They pulled together & minus the fact too many of us wanted sweetpotato fries & not enough to go around. We were all happy with our meals. They did a Marvelous job feeding our large group. Read more
