Door dash order was already picked up but server did confirm it was the correct order and made sure there was 9 sides of ranch... as customer requested. Unfortunately due to someone either stealing orders or some kind of mix up, customer canceled order. Open 24hrs. I have loved going here my whole life but recently the service is getting slower and the food isn't as good as it used to be. On... my most recent visit our food took a loooong time to arrive and they totally forgot our side of toast. The waitress was verykind and apologized for the inconvenience. I can tell that the staff is doing their best but they seem to be understaffed. Theyneed to hire more staff because it's not fair on the employees who are showing up to work, and it's not fair on the customerseither.???? Hope they can turn this place around. Haven't been here in quite a few years. Took my kids today for breakfast/lunch. It was very apparent they were under staffed.... All the employees looked well overworked and slightly exhausted. Food was good. Some inconsistentcy on timing from the kitchenwhen food came to the table. Assume this was due to lack of staffing. Not sure on our waitresses name (wish I'd asked). She wentabove and beyond for me and my children. For her alone. I will return! Read more
A handy restaurant conveniently open since early morning till late night.
Driving through with my husband in our Semi, we stopped for breakfast and COFFEE. rainy day and a slow start, we were feeling... sleepy. The food was great, country fried steak and eggs, no complaints. Our server, Terri, was fantastic. She was engaging,and so funny. We enjoyed her so much. She kept the coffee flowing also. We went here becase power outage at home. The diner only had two other parties in the place. Thus, our waitress was able to give... us stellar service. Kept the coffee mugs topped with hot fresh coffee (brewed a fresh pit just for us) and was able to deliveron special requests (I asked for my French fries cooked well done). The food tasted how I expected it to. I wish the chicken wasjuicier as it tasted slightly dry. The ketchup and honey Mustard sure helped though. My in-laws were satisfied with both oftheir meals. Overall, it averaged to about $20 per person which was more than I thought it would be, but it was a nice and quickbite out at a sit down restaurant as opposed to getting fast food. The whole menu is available all day which is a plus! Uniqueinterior design as well. I could tell Dennys is invested in the local community because of the pictures on the wall. Read more
