Mcdonalds. Obviously short staffed and those that work there are of high school age. No concept of service. I and 2 other... customers waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and fries recently, while the kid behind the counter bantered with a group of hisfriends as they decided what they were ordering. It was later in the evening after 8 and My wife and I just wanted to order aquick meal and go home after a long day of errands. By the time I got my food I was fuming and the kid that took my order hadclocked out and was sitting with his friends at a table. This was probably (I hope) an anomaly. They are relatively slow in this location. They tend to forget sauces for the nuggets or ketchup for the fries. My son just... loves McDonalds pancakes and fries and that's the only reason I come back, cause this is the closest one to our place. Attachedphoto is usually where you are gonna start up when you go thru their drive thru roughly 8-10 cars before you can order. On busytimes they will be backed up almost all the way to 172nd st. This is the worst McDonald's in Washington state!!! 40 cold nuggets with no sauce... We asked twice and was told everything was... in our bag then our fries cold and old. Save yourself some time don't go here! And this isn't the first time we've had terribleservice this is something that happens all the time! Read more
0*** My LARGE fry were half empty, stale and not very salty. Thats like the main thing I get, so I am very unhappy.
I clearly said 4 sausage mcmuffin and eventually paid for 1 through the drive thru. after I got order I realized I got only 1.... went inside and explained. didn't get a single "sorry for the inconvenience" type of talk. employees have to clean their earsimmediately. +1 for a cute girl who accepted the payment, she's the only one beautiful person there Read more

Wow and they Mess my order up once again for the umptenth1000th time the one time I go in and make them honor it they tell me... to get out of their store and they won't serve me because I'm getting frustrated frustrated and they will Make me pay foreverything that wasn't there because it wasn't on the receipt when it came back on the menu and they repeated it back to me wowlady Sam there pretty sure manager really not a nice lady not. Everytime I go there and lea is working, she always is so amazing, fast, on point with getting me what I ordered in a timely... manner. I notice how she works with others and also customers, so they always walk away with a smile. I'm sure so many willagree that woman deserves some kind of award for greatest customer service and team player of the year. I'll keep going there aslong as she's there helping make the place great.
