Went by at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday night ordered three fresh cookies and a soda. Waited about 5 minutes from my order got four... cookies and a bag game I feel like they microwave my cookies because they were not fresh and they were hard as a rock. I knowhow long it takes for my fresh cookies at McDonald's because I get them all the time. This was the worst experience buyingcookies at McDonald's that I've had in a long time. I am new at using the McDonald?s app but my friend recommended I downloaded the app because of all the specials on there. Upon... downloading the app, I added the ?FREE Large Fries, no purchase necessary? to my mobile order. It scratched the $3.69 off andlabeled it free. I went into the McDonalds and was asked to scan the coupon and yet I was still charged. When I talked to oneof the managers, Jennie, she said ?Sometimes it does that.? and didn?t offer a refund for it but rather suggested I pay forANOTHER large fry. I?m absolutely flabbergasted. Best Mc Donald we have ever dine in.Clean ,tidy and big play place for kids to have hours of fun play.
This is not only the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, but the worst fast food experience I've had. After no response at the... order screen and 8 cars going ahead of me I switched lanes and finally got a response. This was followed by them refusing tohonor my app deal. After all of this, 20 minutes later, I was told to pull up and wait for my food. No comps, minimalapologies. Very incompetent employees. I will never come back here. THE WORST!!! Read more

We ordered delivery our driver waited 45min for our food. When he pulled up to window it wasn?t even made and waiting for it to... be brought out. Finally got our food our drink was only half way filled, fries cold(our house is .4 miles away)chicken pattiewas over fried and bun soggy!! Waited in line for 15 min got my order + 2 cheeseburgers got home and found out they forgot to put the meat on the... cheeseburgers, came back to get the order fixed this time walked inside and the girl working got mad at me for asking to correctmy order? then waited another 15 min? multiple people are waiting inside to be helped or just waiting for their order.. thefrench fries were good. The fish sandwich was good. But getting home to find no meat on the burgers and the poor service whentrying to correct it is why they are getting the one star.
