I order online and pick up. It's always fast, friendly and my order is right.

I came in for an order for DoorDash that?s already been paid for ended up waiting about 20 mins. Another DoorDash order came in... long after I did. Neither of our orders were ready. Staff Jason was rude to my wife while ordering the pizza. Told her it would take over an hour to have 2 pizzas ready. His... attitude was less than it should have been. Try being a little more up beat. Customer serice is hard, we get it but being niceis not. Read more

It's really good pizza and cool people. I don't understand the negative comments about being short staffed and all of that. You... do realize that it's not fast food. Everyone is such a big hurry these days especially with a fake pandemic virus. I've neverworked in a pizza store but I have some common sense. You can go ahead and disagree with me about the fake virus all you wantbut the fact is everybody got food stamps stimulus and they found out (NOT A LOT OF OPTIONS) Papa Murphy's takes food stamps sogive them a break of course they're going to be crowded on Friday night at 5:00 or whatever and once again I've never worked forthis place or any pizza place. Ordered pizza an hour in advanced, showed up to pick it up and they hadn't even started to make the pizza. Apparently when you... order online it means they will start it when you walk in the door. Horrible system they have. They need to create a better flowsystem to be more successful and have more happy customers. Read more

Very convenient location but it gets very busy! I suggest always calling In your order since sometimes I?ll wait 15 min for just... two basic pepperoni pizzas. They always have good sales and the people who work there are really fast and nice. Love papaMurphy?s! Read more
