I had a order with Allen today, I?m aware he has been working there for a very long time now on his own. I ordered one meatball... sub and a sandwich that had lettuce on it with meat, the meat to lettuce ratio was unacceptable and I did call the Subway tospeak with Allen. He then told me there is a new recipe where they must add more meat on the sandwiches, which I told him that Ijust need him to put more lettuce on his sandwiches or he will lose customers. The man working was very nice to the customer in front of me and behind me he kind of rushed me and judged me it felt like I am... pregnant and on a scooter due to a broken ankle so the 5 sandwich order in front of me took awhile I wasn't rude told him totake his time and there were no worries about the wait also I ordered a CBR foot long and they have changed the chicken fromchunks of white meat chicken to a shredded rotisserie chicken completely changed the flavor of the sandwich and made it so Iwill not be having subway again unless I know they have changed the chicken back or atleast gives you a choice to choose whichkind you like more Read more

False advertising and terrible service was yelled at by employee(Allen). Asked for managers name and number (because i was... overcharged) which he wouldn't give me so i took his picture for proof of the employee i was dealing with.
