I had a order with Allen today, I?m aware he has been working there for a very long time now on his own. I ordered one meatball... sub and a sandwich that had lettuce on it with meat, the meat to lettuce ratio was unacceptable and I did call the Subway tospeak with Allen. He then told me there is a new recipe where they must add more meat on the sandwiches, which I told him that Ijust need him to put more lettuce on his sandwiches or he will lose customers. He asked me if I was a fan and I was quiteconfused what kind of question that was at this point, at another time in the past he ranted about his anger issues which isunprofessional. Read more
The man working was very nice to the customer in front of me and behind me he kind of rushed me and judged me it felt like I am... pregnant and on a scooter due to a broken ankle so the 5 sandwich order in front of me took awhile I wasn't rude told him totake his time and there were no worries about the wait also I ordered a CBR foot long and they have changed the chicken fromchunks of white meat chicken to a shredded rotisserie chicken completely changed the flavor of the sandwich and made it so Iwill not be having subway again unless I know they have changed the chicken back or atleast gives you a choice to choose whichkind you like more Read more

False advertising and terrible service was yelled at by employee(Allen). Asked for managers name and number (because i was... overcharged) which he wouldn't give me so i took his picture for proof of the employee i was dealing with. He then threatenedto call the cops on me. Had to get Walmart management involved and then he continued to yell at them. Won't be using thisSubway again. Read more
Terrible customer service when I called to tell them that my order was wrong. Not professional at all. Didn't answer the phone... saying "Subway" just "hello" so I was super confused and thought I got the wrong number. Then to top off the already horridservice, I get hung up on after me asking the guy's name (which he never told me) and then getting told it's not their problemsince I ordered off doordash... I love to go to the Subway in Walmart after a day of shopping. They are always friendly and the place is always clean. I always... buy foot longs to-go and have them cut it into four sections. I usually eat 2 sections and save 2 for the next day. My favoritesandwich is turkey and cheddar cheese on wheat bread. Read more
Its a subway, they have sandwiches which are edible and delicious. No extra fees or service contracts, no early termination or... pay off penalties and you get to talk to a real person whom you get to watch make your sandwich. Read more
Just got charged $.80 for a slice of cheese on a $3.49 meatball marinara, there is no mention of this on the menu. By a... not-a-people-person employee. Be real careful with this place. I will not be buying here again. And upon unwrapping I see thatshe burned the bread also. Read more
