I passed through the drive through and I ordered a chicken nugget meal and I was telling the worker that I wanted them spicy and... he literally yelled at me asking me what size and drink I wanted. Incredibly slow service at 730pm on a Sunday. I ordered 2 meals and nuggets. I should know better than to trust that my order is... complete, especially with about 7 employees "working". Got home and there were no nuggets. Took me over 20 minutes to getthrough the line...when I pulled up, I was only 2 cars from ordering. Unprofessional conversation going on for the 5 minutes orso I was at the window. Disappointing experience as Wendy's is not far from my house, and I enjoy the food, but with a hungrytoddler, going back was not an option. Not likely to return. Read more

Absolutely horrible. I haven't been to Wendy's in years, but thought I'd give them a chance. 25 minutes in the drive thru to... get a frosty that was nothing more than a chocolate milk. The spoon was worthless as the frosty was completely liquid. I'mguessing they made it when I ordered it and let it sit on the counter for the 15 minutes it took to get from the order board tothe window. I have learned to live with significantly less customer service these days (as unfortunately it's become the norm)but the staff here was awful. No apologies for the long wait, no thank you, no confirmation of the order, nothing. The onlywords spoken were three numbers, the total of my order. If I owned this location I would cut my losses and close it now. Withstaff and quality like this closure is where this location is headed anyway. Read more
Amazing night staff! I really hope they understand how appreciative I was they they were able to accommodate me (my car doesn?t... fit through most drive thrus) and during a rush as well.
