The staff here have no manners and are not able to handle more than one order at a time. I ordered just 4 mozzarella sticks and... both cars in front of me were asked to wait for their order to be made. When I finally got to the window they had mot evenstarted making my sticks and told me I?d have to wait for them. I couldn?t wait for them as I had to get back to work and sowhen I asked for a refund they acted like I was crazy. Very disappointing Read more
My husband went inside to order lunch today. Was asked by the lady behind the counter if he wouldn't mind going to the drive... through because there were only two people working at that time. What does that have to do with anything???? Who asks someoneto leave the restaurant and go to the drive thru??? Gerabaldi's was happy that he went there for lunch. Will never visit thisArby's again. This location is hit and miss. Sometimes the food and service is great. The last time it was definitely not. The new chicken... tender sandwich was served with old hard nasty chicken. Always seems to had restaurant signage laying on half the dining roomtables. Read more

Shockingly poor evening drive-thru service. The food is good; their Wagyu burger was outstanding. But when I pick up food late... at night, I'm always disappointed with the drive-thru service. It's always the same procedure; after paying at the window, I'minstructed to pull forward near the door and wait - even though no one is behind me. The last time I sat for 10 minutes (Itimed it) before pulling back to the window. I was going to ask for my money back, but someone came to the window with my food. As I drove off, it occurred to me that perhaps that order had been sitting on the counter for some time. I don't have theanswer, but of course the solution to future late night cravings is (sigh) the nearby McDonald's. Read more
I was hungry & wanted something good but not expensive or heavy since it's dinner time. Decided to try Arby's since it's near &... haven't went in year's. The lobby's finally opened! The cashier was helpful & helped us decide what to eat, while I was there Iheard the drive-thru was busy. Not bad, we got two small meals & 9-piece nugget for $23. Read more
So glad to see this place open up. Ordered the Sweet & Spicy Luau Chicken Sandwich, the double Roast beef and curly fries. Had... to wait a bit longer for the chicken, mostly fish coming out of the fryers on Friday. The food was fresh; and some of the staffwere too (fresh/new). Still new, but no hiccups that I noticed. The bell was rang 4 times before we left, so they're doing agreat job, keep it up! This place is a welcome addition to the area. Read more
Update I was there for dinner ordered roast beef much better the meat was juicy unlike the other time I was here. Employees are... happy to help but the attitude tithe company is down. They feel they are overworked due to lack of Employees. I see this at alot of restaurants since the pandemic of Covid. I hope things get back to normal soon. I was there when the store open for theday. I keep forgetting I shouldn't do that because the beef that is used in the morning is usually the beef that was leftoverfrom the day before. So the reheat the beef and it makes the beef dried out when they do this. And still not happy that Arby'sdiscontinued potato cakes. They need to bring them back. Read more
