Hospitality- one star. No greetings. No smile. No etiquettes. We wanted to sit in so we tried to walk in but owner or manger... just called us from outside and just made us seat outdoors. Ambiance- didnt give us chance to look into that. Outdoor seating isvery casual and does not have umbrellas. Being in Arlington Heights downtown, I expected better experience. Food- food wasaverage. Only one more table of 2 was there. In believe its a famous. Read more

Giving this place 3 stars because the food was not as good as other Thai restaurants. Rice was undercooked and noodles were just... okay. Service also slow for a slow night. Read more

I went to the restaurant with my friend. When we got there, the waitress (most likely the owner) was pushy about ordering. The... food was good, the portion size was small. While we were still eating, the waitress brought receipt waiting for us to pay. Myfriend and I tried to split the bill using 2 credit cards but the waitress wouldn?t accept saying they would face an additional$0.75 I would not go back again Read more

Everything was SO GOOD. We got the Bangkok Combo so we could try a bit of everything. The cold peanut noodles and the chicken... satay were my favorites, hubs loved the spring rolls. My husband got the scallops and they were out of this world, cookedperfectly. To top it off, the service was wonderful. We'll be back very soon :) Read more

Me and my wife ordered a total of four main dishes. We have been to at least 10 dine-in Thai restaurants in the northwest... Chicago suburbs and this was our most negative experience. As we walked in the restaurant, the lady who came up to us asked "SIT OR GO " in a very rude way , even after my wife who is Thai said hi to her first. Second, I haven been in Thailand manytimes and trying many Tom Yum soups, this was the WORST tom yum I ever had. It basically tasted like drinking bowl of $15 spicywater. Now the positives: The other 3 main dishes were decent size and the price were reasonable. The food tasted average. ThePad Thai was pretty good. Also, our server was polite and attentive. Will not go there again. Read more

This is a place I will definately be going back to! I'd been struggling with a sore throat and found myself wanting tom yum soup... like when I was a kid. As my mom's gotten older and her tastebuds have changed it's very difficult to find someplace that makesa good classic bowl of this soup and god knows I can't make it. My first spoonful had me sold. I also got a custard dessertwhich was amazing and they even made it look really nice with garnishes and chocolate in the take out box which they didn't haveto do. 10/10 thank you so much for bringing me back with this classic flavor!
