Service was very slow and management was very rude, my friend turned 21 acouple months ago and got denied service, I guess you... have to be older than 21 to drink at this place ? Once we had a little dispute with the manager , me and my friend who were 21left because it was BS . Then once we left the server never came to serve the other people at the table who were well over theage of 21. Read more

The bartender was very nice but service at the table was very slow including clearing away empty glasses and plates. We had to... get up to find our server to ask her again for our check. This could have been a staffing issue. I am not sure how this locationhas been a successful piano bar, because the low ceilings trap the sound and the columns make it difficult for many tables tosee the stage. Read more
The piano entertainment was amazing and we were having a great time. However, when we went up to the piano to request songs and... dance. Our waitress took our jackets up to the hostess stand and threw away our personal items including my face mask. When wecame back to the table we were shocked to find all of our stuff was gone. The waitress offer no explanation and basically justsaid ?Sorry I threw away all your stuff?. I was really enjoying myself, but that waitress absolutely ruined my night. Read more

Pianist comes out at 9pm and the place is packed and he plays songs that no one knows. What a joke the service and the musicians... are. He just came out and played two terrible songs and is now playing Bon Jovi recordings and not playing. It is packed in hereman play some songs that people can sing along to already! Now 40 min later a girls comes on to sing. What a waste of time. Read more
