Ordered a dozen assorted, glazed donuts at the drive thru. Had to reiterate my order several times, because last time they gave... me assorted cake donuts that no one at the office ate. Got to the office today and discovered that they gave me a dozen stale,plain donuts. I don?t usually complain, but this is service? Really? This is the last time a waste $16 at this location. I made a mistake on my order by ordering a hot coffee instead of iced and they fixed it without charging me. Very nice staff

A worst Dunkin to visit ever. My first and last visit. I ordered the latte that was showing $3.79 on the menu and they charged... $4.29. When I asked, she informed me that the prices got changed and if you have any complains, call my boss. She put just thecoffee and milk instead of espresso. While informing she was very arrogant and informed that you can argue as long as you want,but it is the latte! Paid 5 bucks for the coffee at Dunkin!!!!! Read more

For awhile, the service here was really bad. It seemed as if they could not keep employees... Which is likely a management... problem. You're not going to keep good employees if you treat them like garbage. It took forever to get drinks and they wereoften incorrect. Lately the service has been much better. Drinks are correct and service is faster. I also like the way theymake the drinks here. When I get a macchiato, many Dunkins fill the cup half way... If I'm lucky. This store gives me a muchmore reasonable amount. That's worth a lot to me. Read more

Their service used to be OK but today I ordered a coffee in drive through lane. I asked her with light cream and sugar. She... was not paying attention what she was doing. She didn't say Hi or thank you when I say hi and thank you. She wasn't evenlooking at me. That's fine but she was keep talking with the other employee while she was servicing. She was not looking at myphone when she scan the app to charge. I had to move my phone to the scanner. There was too much cream in the coffee. I justtrashed my coffee. It was unpleasant experience. Owners should give some basic training when they hire their employeeotherwise they will lose their customers. Read more

In the last year this dunkin donuts has gotten progressively worse. We went this morning and none of the lids were fully on our... coffee cups. I picked one up and it spilled all over my floors and ruined my shoes. The lady who gave us our food didn't evenput our food in a bag at first we had to ask for it to be put in a bag because it was way too hot to hold. We wont be comingback. Any dunkin donuts in the area is better than this one. Read more

They are nice people but - omg, so slow! We spent 30 minutes to place and get the order, and we were the only people inside!... And, no, we didn?t order the whole menu - only 3 items. Read more
