This people here are disrespectful, don't care about customer. "We can't do that" is part of their every day customer care...... Bad bad. Asked for my hot drink to have milk in it to lower temperature and sweet taste and immediately their favorites wordscome out, "We can't do that" asked again for a different hot drink with same milk request, not possible, definitely bad. Told meonly coffee is possible. Well I when to a better location at Rolling Meadows and guess what they asked me how I wanted myDunkin'Chino ????????and I was happy all again. Food is either cold or the drink isn?t what I ordered every time I come to this location. Prices went up while the food quality... and service went down. Might as well just go to Starbucks since the prices are basically the same now and the quality will bebetter. Read more
In my experience, the staff/service here is generally pretty good. However, the manager Jessica seems to have a vendetta against... me and has begun to make my experience at this store unpleasant. I had to file a complaint to the owner for a previous visitwhich has since been resolved and he was great in reaching out to me personally and resolving my issue. However since then outof spite Jessica has begun to find ways to mis-serve me in retaliation.. In my most recent visit I ordered a coffee with no iceand was given a half full cup. When asked to have my cup filled she refused. I am a regular here and have never had an issuewith ordering a beverage with no ice. I am very disappointed as this is my closest local Dunkin Donuts and I generally reallyenjoy the franchise. Read more
Walked in and was never greated. Waited for 5+ minutes for someone to help me and when he acknowledged that i was there he... rudely asked me what I wanted. To make the experience even worse I found a spider in the waffle cone case. Every time I gothrough the drive thru at around 8am a extremely rude lady is always at the window. She speaks in such a rude tone and alwayssnaps back. When I asked her about a deal she said ?we don?t do that?. Never a good experience at this Dunkin. Read more
