How freaking hard is it to cut sandwiches in half? Even tho I ask and it is on receipt they forget. Every time. If they can't... remember for the 90 seconds between ordering and making my sandwich they probably also can't remember to wash their hands afterusing bathroom. May seem like a small thing but super annoying. 9/8/22 update....ask for it to be cut, asked guy at window ifit was cut he says yes ..again not cut. Idiots! Read more

Probably worst customer service at this location. Guy at window never even acknowledged me or even said ONE word (not the first... time either). Order is never correct here. Asked for corrected sandwich once and was given attitude like I was the one thatwrong. Read more

It's was my first time visiting Jimmy John's. They staff over their are extremely friendly and kind. The owner is awesome. The... sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Manager is very very kind. I will definitely recommend going to this place. Read more

I waited far too long for my food and when I attempted to address the matter with the manager I was treated poorly and was... pretty much told ?tough,? we only have one delivery person right now. I work two minutes away from this location and waitingwell over a half hour is simply unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again. Read more

I find myself using their app for most orders and it is pretty darn flawless. Every order is accurate. I?m not much of a... sandwich eater but this franchise has kinda changed my mind. Every sandwich (Hunter Club) is my favorite has been consistentand dependable in its taste and quality. The meat tastes French, the seasonings are perfect so they don?t overpower the tasteand the veggies have always been fresh. I frequent the Arlington Hts, Fox River Grove and Crystal Lake locations. When I waspurchasing lunch for a homeless man in our area, the AH location gave me 2 free cookies for him-an extremely sweet gesture. Theperks of the app are good, too. You get freebies after a certain number of orders. Their app is easy to use! Read more

I love Jimmy John's unwiches! I'm gluten free so it's nice that they offer a breadless option. My go to is an unwich with roast... beef, tomatoes, and bacon ????. Great healthy, fast option! Read more

It's hard for me to give Jimmy John's such a low rating but this particular store is not very good. Management needs to be... reassessed. I go here once a week, I work down Kennicott in Arlington Heights. I order the EXACT same sandwich every singletime and they screw it up almost everytime. We have a running joke in my office to see if they get it right but alas 9 times outof 10 it is wrong. I go after the lunch rush and they're usually cleaning the lines so it is not busy. I've been taking picturesof the receipt and my orders to show that this isn't just made up. I am also a former Jimmy John's employee and have manned allthe stations so I know what it takes. They make super simple mistakes that taking just 1 extra minute would solve. Today Ifigured I'd try to order online, they got the sandwich right! But then forgot to add to the rest of my order sadly... I got nomayo packets and no napkins in my order even though I marked it down and it is on the receipt in capital letters. I have onlygone back two times for them to fix my sandwich, both times they pretty much didn't apologize and continued to talk to theircoworkers while they fixed the issue. Another time they screwed up twice and then gave me attitude because I brought it to theirattention! One time I said, "the #5 does not come with Mayo" as they made my sandwich and then got mad at me! I don't want freefood, I want the food I paid for right. Pictures for evidence. One time they also took my card, they forgot to give it back (myfault as well) I went back in and they didn't even look at me just handed it to me with no customer service. As someone whoworked for this franchise for 3 years it's really sad and frustrating. EDIT: They messed up my sandwich again.
