Every-time I buy here, there?s not a single soul of a customers and still they make me parked up at drive thru #1 and wait aprox... 10 mins for my food. I love a QP. but this locations Quarter pounders are always cold. Any other MCD has them piping hot and fresh eat time.
I only eat at McDonald's once or twice a year since the food is not like it use to be over 50 years ago when I was going there... as a teenager. But those 2 breakfast sandwiches was really good and served hot I was surprised. Read more
Drive thru, employees are rude. Fries are cold, they made sandwiches very dry or very sloppy. Their food is always microwaved to... the max. Also the stupid manager Didn?t let us use rewards through the last window ( the only window open for paying and pickingup orders) even though other mcdonalds lets us. Manager here needs to be fired!! They must hate their lives!! STAY AWAY fromthis location. Des plaines one is way better. Read more
The food here is good, I've never had any problem with it. However the tables and drink fountain area are always dirty, spills... everywhere and the tables are not cleaned often. Be ready to wait 10 to 15 minutes if you're going inside because they alwaysgive priority to the drive thru customers. Read more
I travel throughout the northwest suburbs for work almost every day. McDonald's is always available and an easy place to get a... coffee, Coke, or snack. This location consistently has the slowest, least friendly staff. I've sworn off returning, even if itmeans going out of my way to get what I'm looking for Read more

Drive up here is fine. But don't try to go inside. VERY. SIMPLE. ORDER. Egg McMuffin and unsweetened ice tea. Simple enough? ... They brought my egg McMuffin and an empty cup. I went to the drink station. NO UNSWEETENED ICE TEA. I went to the counter. Noone was there. I waited and waited. Finally, I go into the employee area to try to find someone. Finally someone sees me. "YOUCAN'T COME BACK HERE." I said there is no unsweetened ice tea. "Oh. You wanted unsweetened?" READ THE TICKET. There is NO WAYto get unsweetened ice tea at the drink station. And HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET SOMEONE'S ATTENTION?? WAIT 3 DAYS?? Also - Ifirmly believe that the employees are firmly instructed "DO. NOT. MAKE. EYE. CONTACT." Read more
