Tldr; Give this place a visit and get the Hamachi kama with no eel sauce and a side of ponzu. It's way too good. We are... visiting for work and were craving some soft tofu stew and sushi. It was very quiet and the service was prompt. The menu ispretty simple (a good thing) with some great classic Korean comforts on there. We ordered some sushi, soft tofu, then added ona kama and muscles. Do yourself a huge favor and order the Hamachi kama with no eel sauce and a side of ponzu. It's heaven on aplate. Everything was fresh and flavorful. We have a wonderful time and you should give this place a try. Read more

The food is very delicious. This restaurant has the most various menu I have ever seen in Chicago. And the quality of sashimi is... awesome. Read more

Wonderful restaurant for sushi. I recommend trying their Katsu Chicken if you havent had it before. Nikko is a small restaurant ... but had a warm feel to it. Staff were outgoing and welcoming. Read more

I went for lunch so maybe not the perfect representation. A great quiet spot, that's open late, has plenty of roll or BBQ... options. Service was excellent and food was great. The only thing stopping a 5 star view in my mind is that when comparing withequally priced sushi locations, the amount of food you get falls a little short. Will be back, but probably not my go-to. I ordered online. The staff was very friendly and they added miso to my order. The miso was delicious along with the two rolls I... ordered. Very good prices for really good food. amazing find! Read more

Clean and quiet spot with somewhat of an European/ urban feel while hidden in the NW suburbs. Open late, until midnight!... Excellent customer service. Sushi is made with high quality ingredients and perfectly balanced. I haven’t tried many of theother Korean dishes yet but their bibimbap seems to be way more authentic than your typical Korean fried chicken place. Highlyrecommend! Read more

Finally!! A good sushi right next to Elk Grove! Been trying to find a good sushi place in/near EGV for a while now, and they're... all okay. Nikko Sushi is really yumm! We got the Dragon Breath deep fried roll(top left), Godzilla(top right), and the SpicyCrunch Crab(bottom) to go and all rolls were tasty and fresh! Definitely want to come back and try more rolls! Got a miso soupwith it as well which was a nice surprise!!! Read more

So the sushi was creative, tightly, rolled and delicious but the service was so slow. I was a server so I'm generally pretty... forgiving but when we were the only customers in the restaurant and it takes 15 minutes to get a water and then another 30minutes to get your miso after its ordered then I'm going to call it out. We were on a business lunch so the speed of servicewas disappointing. Read more
