Best Panera in the area! I?ve come here in the evening and in the morning and the service is always fabulous. Want to shout out... to manager Octavia for going above and beyond for a small mishap. 10/11 @ 4pm. Never have I ever witnessed so much socializing and a total lack of awareness that there were 4 sets of customers... waiting for their food. I really don?t care how good the value or delicious it is - this is BAD. When I had enough ofwatching the party, the young lady was quite put off when I inquired about my order. I?m chalking this up to poor management andinadequate training. It?s obvious that the $7.49 for a bowl of soup is not going towards training. They need it !!!! Read more
The Caesar salad was not real crisp, plus you have changed from Parmesan shavings to dried Parmesan. The flatbread should have... been crispier. Order was correct and done on time. Read more

I have ordered additional quinoa to salad and they placed rice instead of it. I thought it was mistake at first time. And 2d... time when I ordered the same, I wrote note to put quinoa as per my order. But they placed rise again! Otherwise order preparedquickly. But I didn?t want rice. That?s annoying. Read more
So disappointed. Ordered a sandwich asked for "just cheese and onions." Got the sandwich covered in horseradish. Thought the... beef had turned. Had to toss it after two bites. Even pre-tipped. Went home had a bologna and cheese. Much better. Read more
This is a pic of the Green Goddess salad that we picked up today. After I ate the toppings all the greens are cheap iceberg... lettuce. There is no nutritional value in this lettuce and the menu describes this salad as having a mix of romaine, baby kale,red leaf lettuce and arugula. I am tired of Panera cutting corners like this.
