I used to love ordering g pizza from this location. Love pizza hut but the restaurant looks very dirty. The front of the house... is dirty cobwebs on the baseboards it just seems very dirty. If the front of the house looks like that I can only imagine howbad the kitchen is like . Read more
The problem with carry out pizza is you don't see what you have till you get home. The Pizza I ordered was wayyy overdone. The... cheese was dark and the edges crispy instead of chewy. They also placed way to much seasoning on the pizza as after the firstbite, it was just to much... Do not purchase from here, esp If you are a minority. The cashier (it states their name is Vladimir on my receipt) was obviously... curt and dismissive to me. I would have written it off as a bad day if they hadn?t been overly nice and generous with anothercustomer who happened to be Caucasian. I tried calling the establishment five times to report the rude behavior but there was noanswer. Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza at 5:28. Was told it would be ready for carry out at 5:45. Arrived at 5:50. Paid. Told... it would be ready ?soon.? 6:15 rolls around and it?s still not ready. Wanted to request a refund. No one would come out of thekitchen to talk to. 6:45 rolls around. I head out to my car with the kids to leave (not having gotten my pizza yet). As I?mwriting a complaint to Pizza Hut Corp another customer comes out and says they just called my name. Well over an hour after Iwas supposed to get the pizza I get it. Opened the box and it was clearly sitting there for a while. Manager refused to offer arefund. Didn?t even say sorry. Just complained he wasn?t staffed well. Not my problem Joseph. Pay better and treat yourcustomers better. Oh, and the Mountain Dew I ordered? EXPIRED. ugh. Never ordering here again. Other locations might be fartheraway but they know how to treat customers. Oh, and the photo is of all the other customers also waiting longer than needed fortheir food. This place needs someone who cares to own and operate it. First and last time here. Upon walking in, I stepped up to the counter... to find no one around, I understand that during the late afternoon it doesn?t make sense to have a bunch of employees aroundwhen there is usually not much going on, but how about a nice door chime. Anyway I?m at the counter and thinking about what Ishould get to take home. I would look at a menu if there was one. Nothing on any wall and nothing on the counter. I guess I?lljust get a large pizza and bread sticks, oh and a two liter of root beer. Then the guy behind the counter tells me they are notallowed to sell root beer so I had to pick another soda. Fine....great. He said it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes, now I?mwondering how fresh this pizza is. So now I?m waiting in the dinning area. There is food and soda all over the floor which lookslike it has been there for days and the table I was at was broken.... I just wanted out. Then I get my pizza and head home onlyto find the bread sticks I ordered were burnt. Really....I mean really? This place needs a massive overhaul starting with theowner.
