Wings were delicious, flying swine was almost as good as hype , need more pork and not as much of the chicken skins ( still... good but a SWINE sandwich should have lots of swine) . Was pleased by the brisket too . Pick Monday if you want a slow day , itwas empty and i have seen this place packed on weekends . We will try Ribs next time and might go 5 stars if they don'tdisappoint. I reviewed plenty of places and don't just give 1 or 5 , reviews should be a culmination of food and service. Not as good as everyone said. Been here twice over a couple years. Tried the pulled pork and the "to die for rib tips" and was... disappointed. Perhaps its because I came in later in the evening causing the food to be worse. One would assume that it would bgood no matter what time of day you go. Only negative thing I can say is the food has always come out lukewarm, unfortunately. Great flavors, good service, and great... moonshine drinks! A very cozy place to eat and drink at. The best is their jalapeño coleslaw. Yum! Read more
