Seolleong Tang is the best here. It is a Korean bone broth soup. It comes very bland with some thinly sliced, cooked beef and... some rice noodles, but it is mainly about the broth. You will need salt and the spicy pepper paste. I add the juices from thefermented radish side dish (pictures below). Try this dish, it's delicious.
