What happened to the "don't say no to the customer" policy? I went there the other day and ordered a Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte.... First of all, they said, "We are out of the grande cups. Is it okay to use a venti cup or it has to be a tall." So I justswitched my order to Venti instead of a grande in venti cup. When I received it, they didn't put on a sleeve, so I asked forone. They said, "We have no sleeves." I asked for a double cup, then they go, "We are also really low on venti cups." On the topof it, the supposed venti was really light, the actual coffee amount was only up to 'barely passes a half of the cup'. Yeah,they didn't actually use the word "no", but if they couldn't offer any alternatives for what we asked, what's the differencefrom saying no? This Starbucks has turned around since Mikey returned! He deserves a gold medal. The store is always super clean now, and today... he took care of everyone. The customer in line before me was taking awhile?lots of questions, paid in cash, fumbled aroundrummaging for coins, then needed a receipt. I was in a bit of a hurry and Mikey cleverly made us both happy in the end.Bravo!???????? Read more
Good thing there is a Starbucks every couple of miles, or else this would be my only option. This is the closest to and most... direct from my house, in other words the most convenient. I HATE going to this one - the staff here is rude and rude. This issupposed to be the fast-food of coffee, but, you can stand at the register for awhile waiting for some to acknowledge you arestanding there - there are so many ?baristas? standing behind the counter, with the backs turned toward you, chatting amongstthemselves, or chatting with their ?regulars??and you?ll wait. And wait. Until they notice you and reluctantly, usually with ahuge sigh and gargantuan attitude turn around and take your order (heaven forbid!). There are a couple of ?baristas? (older,female, have been there for quite some time) who are particularly awful. I don?t know their names as I?m not inside long enoughto read their names on the aprons (if they even have them on their aprons). Oh, and your mobile order? Yeah, no order, and justleft out on the counter helter skelter, where EVERYONE can touch them (can you say COVID?). If I could avoid this Starbucksaltogether, I would. Terrible service, employees were laughing amd they didn?t put attention to the theirs jobs and client, I ordered Turkey sandwich... ciabatta bread and the sandwich was extremely hot and spread all over me and my car, the cashier not even offered me napkins until I requested it, this is not the first time about the bad Starbucks service here. Today at 2:15pm I came to this Starbucks to grab 1 cup of coffee for myself as I do every day. I accidentally missed the order... station, stayed in line at the «window»?when I drove up to the window and apologized explaining the situation, the employeedid not even listen to me to the end, interrupted and said, I need to make a circle around the Starbucks and place an order onlyat the station .. This can be a great Starbucks or the worst depending on who is working. I have had great coffee here but a couple times it has... tasted very old. There is one barista in particular if I here her voice over the intercom I drive away because I know my orderwill be wrong. But when she is not there it?s always great. Read more
