Best Mango Fruit Refresher I've drank all year!! Raven you the best
I went here for a last-minute meeting on Zoom because Xfinity was doing work in my neighborhood. I asked one of the employees at... one point to turn down the music in the store, and after 15 minutes not only was it not turned down, but it was louder. When Iasked the employee a second time, she gave me a look from hell because I must have interrupted her, and she said she was in themiddle of something and she will get to it. I don't know what kind of sound system they have, but how long does it take to turndown the volume? I don't think I was out of line. I don't think it was ever turned down and then I had to deal with strangeglares from the employee until I left the store. The bad experience that day had nothing to do with coffee, but if you want towait for an exorbitantly long time for a cup of coffee, get in line for this location's drive-thru. Bring a book, you'll bethere for a while. This location is starting a renovation starting 9/6/22. Hopefully, the renovation will include a renovatedstaff in addition to its appearance. Read more

I pop into this location when I'm in the area getting medicine at my dispensary; they've never gotten an order wrong, and... service is always good overall, but it's not the same as the one I go to regularly, even when there are new people there whodon't know me yet--- unlike my regular location at 505 W Golf Rd in Schaumburg, where they always say, "Welcome," and ask whatthey can get started for me, then thank me and ask for my name every time, THIS location, while the people are very nice, havenever said "Welcome," thanked me, or asked for my name. They say thank you at the window when I thank THEM, and like I said,they're still always very nice. It's just something I've noticed as far as little differences, and why I, and I'm sure otherfolks, tend to stick to a particular store. Read more

Not quite sure how to review as I really don?t visit Starbucks too often. Is the supporting picture an indication that even... Starbucks is giving less while expecting more money. A peppermint mocha (tall (the smallest)) was over $5 and the cup was onlyabout 80% full. I shouldn?t expect a reply stating that the topping had set and that?s why it is lower. I took the lid off about25 seconds after I was served the drink?because it appeared ?light?. Kind of sad, really. The taste? Kinda bland and chalky. Read more
Only spent my time, I order 2 chai tee latte- they gave 1, I have to wait for another. Then they gave me wrong order ( hot... chocolate) ???? I again have to wait. Worth team ever Read more
