I?ve been to so many Taco Bell drive-thrus, even at this location multiple times and what I experienced today is something I?ve... never experienced before! I placed my order at the speaker, and the lady verified the order, customized the food itemsaccording to our needs, and made sure everything was correct the way we wanted it. She took her time, did not rush us. Justspeaking to this lady over the speaker felt very friendly, pleasant, welcoming and cared for to give the best customer serviceshe possibly can. When I picked up my food at the window, I told her how I felt about her and her job, which made her night andmines. When I got home my food was still hot and perfect. For the first time in many years, I felt that a fast food employeecared about your food order, greeted and respected you as a person, and made sure that the customer service you received wasexceptional! Just by talking to her for a few mins felt so delightful like I knew her for a while now. I will definitely begoing back late nights during the week, because of her! I go here fairly frequently since it's close to home. But the last time at the drive-thru was hopefully just a one-time... experience. I drove away without checking the bag and they gave me something completely different and much less desirable thanwhat I had ordered. Since I had left I ate it anyways and heavily regretted it. Let's just say it's not the place to getquesadillas (canned, liquid fake cheese and messy to eat with sodium overload), but I do recommend their steak chalupas. Read more

8/2021 Been disappointed the last few times here. This last one was absolutely terrible. The Nacho Bell Grande's have been... getting smaller and more expensive. Got the NBG and paid for Extra Nacho Cheese and to Add Steak (beef and add steak). Checkthe pics out. TERRIBLE! Where's the Beef? Where's the Cheese? Where's the Steak? Is there anything but chips in this? Ate80% of the chips with nothing on them. Last time here. Went from 5 starts to 2 stars. We will go to Palatine from now on. Further but worth it! 3/2021 Have been here a few times. Always love Taco Bell! Service was fast and friendly. Food was agood temperature and good quality. Got my complicated order correct. The only negative thing is getting in and out of theparking lot can be complicated and only available from certain directions. All in all, this is a great restaurant and we willbe back. Read more
Not worth my wallet ordered three items and paid 18.32 the total cost should?ve been around 13.00 with tax. They must?ve charged... me extra without telling me because I don?t have the receipt. My advice don?t eat at this establishment or at this locationyou?ll get charged extra for no reason. Not coming back ever again. Also service at the drive through was painfully slow. Read more
