Early dinner. Service was very slow, for very few customers present. Food was brought to the table warm, not hot. Service staff... was dragging the metal chairs across the floor. The noise was loud and on par with nails on a chalkboard. When it was mentionedto the waitstaff serving our group, the waitstaff replied "Oh, uh, sorry. The chairs are really heavy." They are, in fact, not.Waitstaff checked on the table infrequently and we had to find someone to not only bring the check, but to then come retrieveit. First experience at this restaurant, will be in no hurry to go back. Read more
The food and drinks were really good. The atmosphere is very nice. Loved the bar. The bartender was very friendly and made good... drinks. Service once we sat at our table was only so so. Not sure if he was new or just needed to be trained more, but for anestablishment like this the service should be spot on. Sorry Fortina although the food was great so so service only gets you 3stars from me. Step your game up! Read more

First time coming here over the weekend and we really enjoyed our experience here. We had a reservation and were seated right... away. For drinks we had : " Cutting Class " - a tasty, summery, citrus cocktail. Very refreshing. "Old Glory" - a bourbon baseddrink that tasted like an old fashioned but better, drink was served beautifully as well. For Appetizer we decided to get oneof their pizzas which was named " All' amatriciana " which contained smoked bacon, onion , chilli, etc. definitely a 10/10choice, this pizza here is one of the best ive had in Westchester. Entrees - "Wood Fired Paccheri" - A delicious paccheri pastawith mini meatballs and the sauce resembled vodka sauce. Definitely a 9/10. "Chicken Parm with side salad" - Huge portion sizeof chicken parmigiana and the chicken was juicy, tender & breaded to perfection. Loved the side salad of mixed greens with thelight dressing on top. 9/10. Desserts - "key lime pie" - Refreshing, citrusy, pretty solid. 8/10. "nutella surprise cannoli"-Fresh filled cannoli with a nice nutella surprise in the center. A little disappointed at the cannoli cream though, it did notcontain much Ricotta, if any. We were in the area for a few days and happened upon Fortina and stopped in for a quick lunch. In fact, we came back the next... day to do it again. Had a very enjoyable lunch and experience both days. Both servers that we encountered were friendly andvery attentive. The wine, beer and cocktail selection was more than ample and offered some very interesting options. The foodwas great. One day, I tried the pasta - an Orecchiette with prosciutto and peas in a brothy yet creamy sauce that I could notstop eating. Day two we sampled the pizza (Paulie's Pie) with a Fried Meatball starter. The Meatballs were a serverrecommendation and absolutely fantastic. The pie was very good and certainly a step above our usual delivery pizza joints. Ilook forward to stopping in again next time I'm near Armonk. Read more
