The food was definitely above average and we enjoyed the ambiance, but the service is not good. Our server was abrupt and the... opposite of warm and welcoming. The appetizers came out quickly, but the mains took about 35 min to arrive. Dessert, which wasone brownie with a scoop of ice cream took 20 minutes. I hadn?t been to Moderne Barn in a few years and went back today with a family that included a six year old and a two year old.... The staff, especially our waiter, were phenomenal. They cleaned up after two big spills with the greatest of ease and were veryattentive to our requests. The food was amazing. I had the Huevos Rancheros and it was among the best I have ever had. Everyoneloved what they ordered. It was a memorable meal. I can?t wait to go back. Read more
What was turning out to a completely terrible night was rectified by Dustin and Gabriel who were extremely professional and... knowledgeable in their trade - our original server was absolutely rude and unprofessional- he ordered the wrong food, deliveredwrong items and after we had touched the food, he dared come back and took it off our table without a word and served it to thetable next to us - we complained to Gabriel and he immediately took action - the food turned out to the great and the drinkswere really good as well - the steak was cooked to perfection and all the appetizers were delicious - we will definitely comeback Read more

Great restaurant! I had the seafood risotto and my friend had the pasta bolognese. The seafood risotto was delicious, however I... was hoping it wouldn?t be as salty, but I still enjoyed it.
