Normal for subway. I was disappointed that the pickles were sweet instead of dill but maybe it's a regional thing?

The person working failed at heating up meat balls resulting in cold meatballs in cold sauce for two out of three subs we did... return them and they didn?t make us feel bad about it or uncomfortable in any way , went to remake new subs and found out heaterunit was not working very well and was not working some of the times this may have been a issue for some time and no one had thegull to say anything about it or it just started happening either way the place was clean staff was hospitable helpful hardworking. Extremely poor customer service, bought lunch today, paid with my debit card, screen flashed approved on my side but said... payment failed on the Subway computer. I was advised by the employee that the payment didn't go through, if it did call my bank.A quick check of my online banking reveals that it did indeed go through, double charged for lunch with a snippy response fromthe employee. Writing this review as I sit on hold with my bank, wont be headed back here again. Read more

My family has covid and tonight we were not feeling up to cooking and cleaning dinner but wanted to keep it as healthy as fast... food can be. We placed our order online and had someone else pick up for us with a screenshot of our paid order through PayPal.Staff was nice but refused to make our order when pushed harder they contacted the manager who still refused to make our order.So out $42.85 and no food for our sick family. We had to place a refund ticket with PayPal who has to speak with Subway toconfirm we did not get our order because it already shows the transaction was complete. I feel with all the information we sentto our friend they could have taken our names and number, order number and sorted it out on the backend but none of thathappened. Sick and hungry feel this one star was earned. Won?t be back. Read more

i ordered a sub, i checked the snadwich to check if it included the extra pickles i had ordered, it didnt, and soda machine was... broken! And there was a singular piece of EGG in my sandwich! Read more

Ordered a tuna sandwich and got a veggie sandwich with a tiny bit of tuna. Was supposed to have cheese and had none. Was... supposed to be toasted and was soggy. Called store back and no solution was offered or money returned. I have ordered tunasandwiches and seen many pictures online and they have lots of tuna in them. Maybe try teaching staff how to make a proper tunasandwich Read more
