Food was okay, workers were strange. When the worker brought our sodas to the table, one Diet Pepsi and one regular Pepsi, we... asked which was which, since they were not marked and the worker said he didn?t know, not good if your diabetic. He told us tosniff it, and since we couldn?t tell still he sniffed our sodas?.totally disgusting. This place also needs a major remodel,looks like 1990s in there. Not coming back. Read more

Sat in the deive thru for 40 mins only to be told they don't accept Chase Bank Debit cards that are issued from brick and mortar... banks just like Bank of America and US Bank. It's a shame Read more
The guy cooking, cooked the spicy fish to long it was like fish jerky. Had to wait for food for a long time fries was cold just... wasn't good at all. He also was very loud I asked who the manager was the girls said he was I said store Mgr. They said Brenda.Customers wait times was ridiculous my friend and I said it was horrible and we won't be back. Needs to have a better cook andnight mgr.. we always patronize this Captain D it has went down hill. Read more
Order accuracy spot on, friendly, quick and efficient. By the way the food was yummy! Only thing different is the sauce was... barbecue sauce that I brought from home. Read more
Great Staff; Terrible Food Visited on a Saturday afternoon in November, at about 3:45. The fish was terribly dry, and the fish... fillets were more like fish sticks (you can see from the photo that I posted, with a French fry for comparison, that I'm notexaggerating). The fillet was only slightly larger than the fry. The hush puppies, while good, are the size of a small chickennugget. The clam strips were very good, but the butterfly shrimp were cold. The devilled crabs were smashed and the shell of onewas broken, leaving bits of shell in each bite. While Captain D's used to be "a great little seafood place," this visit left mewanting! It was really a very poor experience, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Edit: As I was posting thisreview, the manager Brenda walked by me, and entered the washroom. Over priced, food was cold, no huspuppys in my order, I got coleslaw and I ordered mac n cheese. We were the only car in the... drive through. The worker at the speaker kept saying hold on I'll be with. Sad...we eat out once a month, and this is ourexperience. Sad. Read more
