Good food is the only reason it gets one star. We returned here after getting a gift card for poor service last time. Well. It... was a mistake. Worse service. Very rude server. Outright told me to 'go somewhere else' if I don't like her service. It's herjob. She's a server. Is playing with your phone the server's job at Chili's? Seriously, same waitress as last time. Same awfulservice. Same refusal to get us a refill. Never returned to even ask if we wanted a refill or a box or even if our food wasgood. Same heavy girl with messy reddish hair. So food was good as always but the reason for the five star was the waitress, Cierra. She was absolutely amazing like made the... whole experience so much better. She was super sweet, attentive and just a comfortable person to be around. 12/10 waitress Iwould come back just to have her be my server again. She just has such a great vibe. Read more

Consistently good food. Reliable service. Love their chips and salsa and queso. Lots of tvs. Family friendly. Casual. Able to... accommodate large groups. Cadillac margarita is very good. Specialty drinks too. Bar and table seating. Bring a jacket or wearlong sleeves..its always cold in there. Go back often and never disappointed. Read more
