The food was actually good. I would give it a 6-7 out if 10. But that is about where the good news ends. Today they were out of... CO2 which is the first sign if poor management. Second is the dining room was absolutely filthy. We could not find a clean tableand every table has trash on the floor under it. The drink station was totally sticky and every table had empty mozzarellashakers on them. Poorly managed. Read more
I understand that this location (and the entire industry) is understaffed, which is why I gave them four stars rather than two... or three. The entire dining area needed a cleaning, and our meal didn't come out correctly (and when I pointed it out to theemployee, he just apologized rather than offering to replace/fix it.) The food was fine, though, and didn't take too long. I doappreciate the vegetarian options as compared to most chains in this price range. Read more
Very quick service. Our food came out in less than 5 minutes. Caitlyn was behind the registers and she was very efficient and... friendly! Breadsticks were also extremely fresh. Even on busy nights, this location typically has very good service. Read more
