Ordered an average sized family of 3 meal, a few sandwiches and some bowls. Had to go back thru the drive and get half as it was... not correctly received... Waited literally an hour for 3 sandwiches and 2 bowls. This was the last time I will be coming to theArnold, MO location. I made my order online which was fast and easy. I go pick up my order inside and to my surprise it was ready. I get back home... and find out there were no sauce packs for the chicken tenders even though on the order it said 4. The extra mashed potatoes andgravy I had added and paid for was not in the bag either. I call up the store, the phone just rang and rang until I got a fastbusy signal. I got an email from corporate asking for my feedback. I submitted with everything that happened. I got an emailsaying someone would be in contact with me soon. A few minutes after that an email of my order that I had made. I haven?treceived any contact from anyone. I?ve tried calling the store a couple more times but it just rings and rings. I would notrecommend KFC. Next time I want chicken I will go somewhere else. Read more
Unbelievably horrible food we ate today. The bread on our chicken sandwiches were cold, and there was barely any chicken to... begin with. I felt like all we were eating was bread. Also, the fries were hard and not fresh. I will not go back to thislocation ever again. Read more
Would love to write a review but of the last several times I?ve tried to go they either A. Have the lobby closed. B. Only take... prepaid/online orders inside & direct you to drive through. C. Drive through lane 8 cars deep Arrived at 7:00pm on a Wednesday.Doors locked. No sign except hours of 10:30-10:00 w/lobby closed at 9pm. Done playing the ?are they open game?. EDIT: Decideto give another shot. Saturday night @ 8pm, 1 month later, wife played the ?online order? game. We get there & pull into thespot that says PICK UP INSIDE & attempt to go in as directed. Surprise! Both doors locked! ???? We proceed to drive thru wherewe?re greeted by 2 very nice associates who had our order ready (hence the move from 1 star from prior review to 2). Get homeand surprise #2, our order is wrong. Ordered two breasts as shown (large white meat) and what do I get? 1 breast & 1 thigh. Food was good, service was pretty slow. I placed our large order online and set the pick up time for over an hour later, it... wasn?t ready when I arrived, and I waited an additional 20 mins after I got there for the food. We got a bucket of soda and thesoda I chose online they were out of, so instead of asking me what other kind I wanted the person putting my order togetherchose for me. I was so angry because I had groceries in my car, some frozen and completely melted by the time I got home, and Ijust took it. It wasn?t what I would?ve picked as an alternative. I pulled up to this location and a large homeless woman with her belly hanging out of her shirt was smoking in front of the... entrance. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by trailer park rap blasting from the kitchen. To my surprise the homelesswoman was also the cashier. I took my food home and realized there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes. Not the end of theworld, but frustrating. Then it happened, I opened my sons chicken strips, the chicken was tangled in a long curly hair (seepic). I didn't want my family getting diarrhea, so I drove the food back. Avery, the manager, could not update me on the status of the DoorDash order I was picking up. Waited for over 30 minutes. When I... asked for a time frame, she yelled at me. When I told her that I needed to tell my customer something... She again yelled andwalked away from me. Then a new employee came up to apologize for her, while another gave me an attitude when I asked for hername. She said "that's just how she is". I responded with "Well that is completely unprofessional"... I wouldn't recommend thisplace to anyone, and I will definitely let my customer know. Read more
