Ordered online for a pickup at 4 o'clock, my husband showed up at 4:30 and it still wasn't done. We gave it extra time because... last time we waited 45 minutes past pickup time. He had to wait an additional 30 minutes after he arrived there. Finally getsour food and comes home just to find that we never received the desserts we ordered. Tried to call and speak to someone thephone is either off the hook or isn't working. We live in Festus otherwise I would have gone up there to speak to a manager. Iunderstand having a dinner rush but when people place an order they show up expecting it to be done after getting texts andemails saying its done. I haven't had any problems until the latest order. This time I picked up my order and the pizzas were placed in the back seat of... my truck, flat on the seat. I have never had issues like i did tonight going here for starters calling in my order it just rang the whole time i called 4... times and then when i got there workers standing around when there is 5 people already waiting then a kid who wasn?t i guess onthe clock in the back distracting them then they workers (teenagers) were fighting with each other when i asked to speak to amanager i heard one of the workers not the manager (young man ) laugh and say I?ll go talk to her . This place is now very disgusting, I walk in to pick up my kids dinner to find a female employee laying on one of the metal... tables bundled up where food is made. Body, shoes in all this is very disgusting, unsanitary and needs to be dealt with or Iwill get pictures next time I just walk in and get them published in a local paper. Read more
