Went for lunch. Usually It's sit in the restaurant side vs the hibachi side, but it was a work thing. It took 25-30 mins to get... our cook at the table. We were the only ones on the hibachi side. (We weren't in a huge hurry, so that didn't bother us toobad.) I think the restaurant side is faster. Food was great. The chef was funny. Steak and shrimp with fried rice, vegetablesand a salad was $13.95. PS. Went with my daughter tonight and sat on the restaurant side. Not as long of a wait and the sushiwas awesome as always. The waitress remembers me every time. Great food. I have a shellfish allergy so they accommodate. Chicken tempura sushi.
What this restaurant lacks in ambience it makes up for in flavor and service. Yes, it is a hole in the wall, (not a fancy or... intimate date night) but it is delicious (casual date night with big brownie points)! There are two sides to this restaurant, asushi side, complete with booths and sushi bar, and a hibachi side. Their main business must be the hibachi side as there areseveral tables set up and ready to go before the crowds come in around 6:15. Don’t let their menu overwhelm you. They hand youa book that contains drinks, and lunch and dinner options. Pricing is very reasonable and the place is fairly clean. Why a five?Shouldn’t those be reserved for the best of the best? Well, one bite will tell you their flavors are worth the five. Theirstaff is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. 10/10 for service and accommodation of food allergies. I am so impressed by the hostess and server, will absolutely be back!... Felt so welcome and valued as a customer and it’s a feeling I haven’t felt since before the pandemic. Had the Clear Soup(amazing palette cleanser) Deep Fried Kani roll which was amazing with melted cream cheese and crab, and the Yummy Roll whichwas mind-blowing and had deliciously complex flavours. Beautiful, clean restaurant. The staff and atmosphere is amazing. Be to box is excellent cuisine no matter what you get. The... Miso soup is delicious and warms your soul. Another good stop I really enjoyed it I had a dragon roll which is a spicy hot salmon and the avocado some other stuff in it was... really good and I had another avocado eel I think I was called the m and m and a service is really good very polite and veryefficient brought me water whenever I needed it and brought me things that I asked for. It was a little pricey and they alsohave an hibachi side so you can send a table and watch them cook I did the normal seating. Read more
