Very disappointed in this Bread Co. Last 3 times I've been there they've messed up my to-go order. One time it was the wrong... soup, next time it was no bread that I had asked for. But by the time I've gotten home it's too late. Lesson learned, alwayscheck your order before you leave the store, even if it holds up other customers. AND they STILL have the wrong signage upabout their Ultimate Sip Club! One sign says $10.99, another $11.99. I informed them of this several weeks ago & today the$10.99 sign is still posted. Why can't they get their act together? I've been a decades long Bread Co customer all around thesurrounding area & this particular store is very disappointing. Read more

Haven't been in Bread Co. in two years. Ordered a Greek salad. The salad size is substantially smaller. The lettuce was old... and soggy. The add in ingredients, feta, olives, onions and tomatoes were practically nonexistent. The only thing that wasextra was the price. Will continue to make them at home with fresh, less expensive ingredients. Read more

This location has gone down hill. Order pick up and every item was wrong. And has been for the last few times! Soup was upside... down in bag and spilled all over car. Baja bowl was completely cold and not cooked! Margarita pizza no basil and the wrongtomatoes. AND no croutons for soup. really dissapointing. Read more

Assistant Manager Elise was so sweet when taking our order. Very cheerful and knowledgeable about what was in stock. The rest of... the employees seemed to feed off her energy. All around good environment and food. Read more

The staff is nice...but that is the only positive. I've been to this location several times prior to deciding to leave this... review. 3x we dined inside and it was filthy. Every time I order online, I end up waiting 30+ minutes (after the app says itsready) for my food no matter how early I order ahead. At least every other time my order is not right which is frustrating whenI pay extra. I sincerely hope someone steps in to get this place together eventually. Read more

While this is a good place to eat because the employees are friendly and the food is good, this is not a good place to work at.... I got taken advantage of here and got sent home for being upset at work because it was apparently ?disrespectful.? Respect is atwo-way street. As a previous review said about working here, while there are some managers that are really good here, some ofthe managers need to take management classes and learn some professionalism. I came from an out-of-state store and was treatedvery well there and I know this is not what Panera is about. Read more

I go here maybe once every 3-4 years so I don?t know their regular procedures. Plus with COVID stuff going on, it was hard to... figure out things like napkin supplies, to-go boxes, traffic and seasonings (salt, pepper, etc). Prices are a bit higher than Iexpected too. But the flatbread pizza was pretty tasty. And the tea/lemonade blend I made was refreshing. Read more
