I love Penn Station but I had a horrible experience here today. Ordered a take out order for 12:20. Showed up and they said... they would drop my fries fresh. That's awesome I thought. Nope. Waiting another 20 min as I watched them give out 6 orders offries. Finally just told them I would take my sandwiches and go. No apologies... no fries. No refund. No customer service. Read more

Lindbergh location messed my order up. I live 20 minutes away from that exact location but this location is local and I called... them and they replaced my cookies! Went to this location on a Sunday. There was only 3 staff and they where busy. I forgot to ask for no tomato on mine and my... husbands food. When I realized it has tomatoes I asked to have it made with out. There was still several orders in front of usso the had forgotten, my fault! So food had tomatoes and my husband is allergic. The food was good. However the prices are unbelievable! $35 for 2 subs, 2 drinks and 1 medium fry... That's insane. This was my... first time at a Penn Station and it will be my last time as well. I sure hope they pay their employees well since the prices areastronomical. Price gouging at its finest. I guess that explains why there wasn't a single person in there when we arrived. Read more
