dark and uncertain times for Qdoba during the recession I suppose.....Every time I come in to this location its worse. This location has absolutely BLOWN ME AWAY!!! I placed an online order for delivery and the dasher brought the wrong order. I... called up and spoke with the manager and I couldn?t believe how this was handled. The manger gave an honest apology and said shewould have the order remade for pickup. When I went into the store 3 other employees apologized before speaking to the managerwho apologized again. Not only was my order remade fresh but the manager had meal coupons for having to drive up. The mistakewas made by the dasher but the store went so far above and beyond to make things right. I?ve had this happen with otherrestaurants and they tell you to contact DoorDash because they can?t do anything about it? not the case here! I?ve been in therestaurant industry for 20 years now and 10 of those years managing. So it?s easy to recognize an amazing team when I see one!Extremely attentive during a rush while still knocking out orders and FAST! Food is great, but the past several times I've gone the food portions have been greatly reduced than previously. Now I have to... constantly ask for more of the portion. Just now I've got charged twice as much simply for trying to get the same amount ofsteak that I was given before. I tried explaining to the cashier that I asked for more because the new staff member was onlygiving me a few pieces, but I in no way expected to get charged double steak. I don't think I'll be returning. It sucks causethe food is good, but I can't spend $14 on $7 worth of food every time I go. UPDATE from 2 stars: Don't know if there wereenough complaints or something, but some changes HAVE been made in the right direction. Gave the perfect amount, so cordialtoday, and just a wonderful environment with good food. Whoever was working at 7pm on August 20th you all deserve a raise. Read more
The slowest service I have had anywhere in a very long time. Finally.. when they decided to make my bowl, the server made my... bowl super skimpy and barely put anything in it which took him 5 seconds so im not entirely sure what took them 10 minutes toget to me at the front of the line. I guess probably they were more so focused on to go orders? I will absolutely never returnto this location. Read more
I am a huge Qdoba fan and it is one of the restaurants I still visit, even with the increased prices. Today though I was... disappointed because the burrito bowl I got and was charged $16.07 for was pretty small and wasn't made correctly either. Ithink a new person was working the line because I could hardly hear him he was speaking so low and then ended up not putting inthe ingredients that I had wanted. They rang me up for a customized bowl with extra steak because I had added salsa and sourcream on the surf and turf bowl but the worker put it separately instead of on my meal, so hence the extra cost I guess? Thebowl was so tiny and being so expensive was ridiculous. I know hiring people is difficult right now but I just wish they couldget some good employees because this is the best place to get real quality food. Read more
Food is always good and fresh. It was a little weird watching 4 staff prepping in the back ground while the new guy ran the... counter by himself. But it was a little slow so I get it. I'd still recommend it overall. Read more
Wow... I'm... Shocked. Having spent $9.15 for this burrito as well as $8.45 for an identical one with it (before tax and tip),... I'm sure you can understand my overwhelming disappointment at receiving these... things. I've eaten at many Qdobas, in manystates in fact, and have never been as shocked and disappointed as I am at this one. If I worked at a company that chargednearly $10 for a burrito, and then gave the customer these seemingly halves of a burrito, I would be incrediblyembarrassed. That's what you get here.
