Everything about the place was great, but the food...and not a dig to this store on particular. Raising Canes is a chicken... place where EVERYTHING hinges on chicken tenders. The tenders themselves are basic...the sauce makes it okay. 4 menuoptions....essentially some sort of tenders combination with or without some kind of bread. If it all hinges on one thing, youbetter nail that one thing. I don't get it. Read more

They gave great customer service today I wish you wouldn't have to wait so long to eat I wasn't happy I'd eat lunch late and I... don't like that! But it was worth it somebody had chicken today never had Cane's Chicken so that was good was my fianceArthur. Read more
We went through the drive thru today and had the absolute worst experience. Up until today we?ve had great experiences here.... Today we ordered two meals and 3 drinks. We received everything except one of the meal boxes. We noticed it as we got down theroad when I had to open the bag to fix the box that had popped open and dropped a tender out. So we turned around and went backthrough the drive thru to get the second meal that we paid for. We weren?t rude, just simply said we didn?t get the 3pc mealthat we ordered. The woman stared at us and said ??.really?? With so much unnecessary attitude and proceeded to close the windowand walk away. She came back and practically threw the bag in my husbands face and went to close the window. I told her how rudeshe was and she proceeded to open the window back up and legitimately accused us of lying about not getting the meal. She said?we check the bags before they go out the window?. I said that clearly a mistake was made and that it was OK, we just wantedwhat we paid for. She proceeded to have even more attitude and said that, ?people do this all the time?. I showed her thereceipt, showed her the bag, and she rolled her eyes at eyes at us. I spoke with their customer service line and received muchbetter service there. Moral of the story: if your order was messed up, you?ll have better luck and better service if you justcall the customer service line to begin with. Read more
My son and I go here for our special treat! We get the Caniac Combo sub the slaw for fries, with two extra slices of Texas... toast, an extra sauce, and a Lemonade! We both have just the perfect portions for under $20! Read more
Went there today for lunch today with the family. Service was excellent and all of the employees was kind and friendly. Prices... are great too for some good fresh chicken and fries. Not too much on the menu for options, but you didn?t come to a chickenjoint for hamburgers lol. I got the 3 finger combo with fries and Texas toast. All of our food was fresh and hot and totallyamazing!! If you haven?t tried their Raising Cane?s sauce, you need too!! It?s also very amazing. Will definitely be back!! Read more
