50/50 chance of getting your drink. To start with the good I love the staff here every single one is so sweet and the atmosphere... is great. Usually the drinks are on point as well. But my tongue for too long. I think I?ve left maybe 5 drinks here since theyopened. It?s a guaranteed 30-40 minute wait even for mobile orders. Drive thru takes priority over people who planned and orderwhile away in other cities. Can?t park near the building. This location is too small for the amount of customers. If you canskip them on the map it?ll help everyone. I know next time I?ll go to a different location and just wait in drive thru. Probablyfaster. Read more

Did an online order while traveling on I55, ran in to pick up order and they stated 30 minute wait and at least 40 people... standing in the store waiting. I?ve never seen anything like it in my life. Many people left without their drinks (I was one ofthem due to time constraints), and the store has yet to issue a refund. Poor management, don?t do that to your workers orcustomers. If you are that backed up, turn online ordering off. We know you have the capability. Read more

I love Starbucks. We gave this one 3 stars because of it's location not because of service or product. It's almost always very... busy with physical space issue for drive up line and limited parking. People are nice though you wont like the jibing to get tothe drive up. So beware.... Unclear what can be done to alleviate this issue. Read more

Allowed people to order ahead through the app and then shut down the cafe, which forced everyone to use the drive-thru. I... ordered 20+ minutes ahead so that I could be on time to work, only to arrive and find that they wouldn't let customers in. Ifyou don't have the staff, turn off mobile ordering before allowing everyone to order ahead for pick up. Otherwise, you need tolet those people in to receive the product as they expected when they ordered it. Read more

The drinks here are very good but I don't go hardly at all anymore because of the extreme wait times. Right now I have been in... their drive-thru line for 40 minutes! and there are still seven cars ahead of me. When I started the line they were about 10cars. I don't know why this particular Starbucks is always extremely slow and has a line wrapped around the building. I guessthey can't get enough staff which is a problem many are having right now. I am unable to go here anymore because my lunch timewon't allow it if I have to spend my entire lunch in the line. Read more
