Terrible customer service and the morning manager should be demoted or fired. He was completely disrespectful and doesn?t care... about his position as a manager. Food is never fresh and they can?t even get a coffee right. You get parked almost every timeyou go through drive thru only for them to forget vital parts of your order or to receive wrong food all together. Read more
This is my 'usual' McDs... but I really have great service and consistent orders here. I use the app a lot, and it makes things... so easy (plus you get deals). However you order though, the staff here is pretty great and will renew your faith in the "youngergeneration " who seem to get a lot of judgement but are actually really awesome. ???? Read more
I understand that many establishments are short staffed right now and the staff did their best to process orders quickly but the... layout of this store is terrible. There is absolutely no room to line up to place your order and then wait the 10-15 minutes toget your food. McDonald's, you are better than this. You should be the organization that sets the standard for customerexperience. This store layout is a failure to understand your process. Read more

I went to go and get a bigmac, normally the burger meat is thick, the bun is covered in seeds, and everything is spread evenly.... But this time the meat was thin and had holes, everything was on one side, and overall it was not made properly. Fries come withthe meal and are normally cooked well and salted to much(which is okay with me) BUT this time the fries were NOT cooked and NOTsalted. Overall bad job. Read more
Would not recommend, heres why: The food was fine, no different than any other McDonald's I've been to, but the overall... cleanliness of this place was atrocious. The bathrooms were dirty, there was toilet paper stuck on the wall in the mens washroomand the locks broken. I am not sure when the floor was washed in the entire building but the floor was a mess in the lobby andthe bathroom. Flys all over, debit terminals out of order on the self serve stations, missing chairs and seating. Tables hadoily film from 'cleaning' with a dirty cloth. Some of the drink machines were out of order and filthy. I did not photographeverything to respect other customers inside. Management needs to seriously increase the cleaning standards here. Always slow and always either gets your order completely wrong or is missing something. Edit: I wrote that review after... ordering at this location and just as I said, they messed up my order giving us the wrong item. Also, I now have food poisoningfrom probably their chicken. I will be absolutely never eating there again and not to mention the mass amounts of flies andtheir disgusting unkept washrooms. Read more
Disappointing. Waited in the drive-thru line for a good 5 min. when there was no one else only to get complained at for the... order which they never prepare properly. Sandwiches were slapped together and cheese was present despite requesting no cheesedue to allergies. This McD's has always been atrocious when it comes to condiment issues and poorly made meals.
