Ordered sub platter with all sause on the side as we would not be eating them for a while. Well all subs had some type of sause... on them as well as on the side and after 3 hours they became soggy. Not the best restaurant in town. Even on days when it isn't crowded it takes a long time for the food to be ready. The staff can... (but isn't always) be impolite to customers. The food isn't half bad, but overpriced for a sandwich you can make at home for acheaper price. If you're a vegan/vegetarian or are on a diet then yes this may be up your alley. This isn?t targeted at the owner of any of the employees except one a woman who made me charge 27$ for a foot long with chips... and chocolate milk and I asked why she said it was the fact I put extra meat on it but in reality she made me pay for anothercustomer beside me and gave it to him for free. I also had a coupon which makes it worse. My friend had the same coupon andpayed 20$ for two subs with a drink. I will never be going here again and if I do I will be giving that lady the worst stink eyeever. If I could give a 0/10 I would. Read more

My daughter, and I ordered a sub each, a few weeks ago. Their was only one young man, behind the counter taking orders and... making the subs. The customer in front of us ordered, and paid. The young man didn't bother taking off his gloves, nor put a newpair on, or bother wash his hands before proceeding to make our subs, cross contamination. Food was prepared quick, quality was good but service wasn't good. The person working was rude and unpleasant to deal with.... Wasn't busy since it was 10am ( I was the only customer) He seemed to hate his job or having a bad day because he didn't sayanything except for what I wanted and what the total cost was. Would have done a survey thing but he didn't give me my receipt. Read more
