Staff was friendly but they were out of potato wedges (as usual), rice for my cilantro lime chicken wrap, Timbits. They had only... three kinds of doughnuts and very few muffins. Our wraps were sloppy and one of them was close to being burnt. All in all adisappointing experience. Management needs to plan better for dinner rush. Read more
Very slow service. A dozen workers totally ignoring inside customers, getting orders wrong, forgetting to efficiently prepare... muffin as requested (warmed and buttered), and having to correct on request -slowing down service. I've seen much busier Timmiesserve far more efficiently. Manager was effectively absent - no leadership, motivation, coaching, or guidance. Read more
Incredibly understaffed. 25 minutes to get through the line and then wait for the food. Just a sandwich and a chicken wrap. 3... customers left while in the line because it was so slow. Why don't you have the buddy system where you have a cashier andsomeone to prepare it the coffee and donuts quickly instead of the cashier disappearing to find the right coffee type and themuffins and donuts as the lineup keeps on getting longer. We stopped for a quick supper on the way home. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 chicken wraps and then they were inedible! Chicken... burnt to a crisp, not chewable. Would have asked for money back but had to get to Barry's Bay for an appointment. They pay allthe attention to the drive thru and not much to those who dine in. Shame on you. Coffee was good. Bagels are good. Got 2 donuts and a drink as well. Wish they still had smoothies. The fruit quenchers are too sweet. Would like... to have a healthier drink option for summer refreshments. Read more
This is one of the better Tim's in the Ottawa area. The staff are normally fast, friendly, and get the order right. The absolute... fastest way to get your order is to order with the app and pick up your order in the store. We've done that a few times recentlyand normally it's ready and waiting. As usual, Tim Hortons is providing much better service to the drive-through people than people who actually want to save the... planet and walk into the store. I waited five minutes for my sandwich because I decided not to use the drive-thru. They reallyneed to change their mindset. I don't think Tim Hortons curious about the planet.
