What a terrible experience ordering from the drove thru. I could barely hear the person taking my order and they knew the menu... less than I did. The order had to be repeated several times before they got it right. Then I had to wait a while and ask forpepper and napkins at the pick up window. I never did get my paper receipt. Food was ok. Just was not a good fast food burger. Fries were "meh" Staff were nice, service was quick. Bathrooms fairly clean
Pretty much nice place and fresh food the serve, be advised that there is no outside seating, nor high seats, the service is... good but quite slow because it busy spot, they need to take more care in order of cleaning the bathrooms little bit .. BestRegards, ???? Read more

Hello, I recently went to a Wendy's and ordered separate meals. I onlygot 1 receipt. Unfortunately the meal I had an issue with I didnt get a receipt for. 1. When I received my meal, the fries wereinsufficient. I feel like I received half of the amount I paid for. They were also cold. 2. When I bite into my chicken burgerit seemed to be slightly uncooked in the middle. 3. Upon ordering my food. I felt rushed because the person taking my orderconstantly kept asking me if i needed help ordering anything, I didnt need help I knew what I wanted. 4. They should take potatoes off the menu, cause they never have them. When it's 45 mins BEFORE supper hours, you should start... making sure you are prepared people will WANT potatoes. The fries are absolutely disgusting. Refried, sour, hard and all ends.Eat there twice a year, always hoping it's changed....Think I'll just stop going altogether.
