We have stopped there twice in the past week while traveling. On the return trip I had to get another waffle sandwich because... the first was so amazing. This is not a standard waffle!!! Drive thru is a mess. Hardly ever get prompt service, more often than not they have their cones up to block you from it, takes... forever to get someone on the intercom in the mornings. Not as convenient as a drive thru should be. Read more

Extremely disappointed tonight. Ordered a large Maple Lover's Latte w extra shot of expresso and it isn't made correctly. I get... White Bison on my way to work 5 nights a week. This drink cost me $5.95 and isn't drinkable. I cannot turn around for them tocorrect it, because I am expected to speak in front of a large group in 10 minutes. This also happened at the White Bisonlocation in Murfreesboro last week. There is nothing more disappointing to me than wasting my money. This stuff isn't cheap! The3rd shift crew at the Arrington location has never let me down, not once and is the main reason I rant and rave on this greatcoffee. They have consistently made my drinks correctly and motivate me to tell others how White Bison is better than Starbucksand Dunkin Donuts. Read more
