Awful awful service. I have reviewed about 150 places and maybe only gave 3 places one star. This place definitely deserves it.
Been to this Carl's for a few dozen times, has to be one of the worst quality and poorly managed locations I've had. Incompetent... staff, had to have orders translated into Spanish for them because they can't even speak English. Read more
The order was for a milkshake and it was not the correct consistency. It was very liquid and handed to us very messy. When we... asked for a replacement the employee argued with us about how they could not control the consistency because it's ice cream andmilk that they had blend. Ordered a milk shake and it was a watery mess. Brought it to the counter where the employee argued with me and I had to tell him... make a new one. I've gone to this particular Carls off and on for 20+ years-it's never been watery. He told me it's real icecream and milk so they can't control the viscosity. What type of education did this guy get? The amount of liquid (milk) youadd to a solid (ice cream) does control the viscosity. I know it's hard with labor shortages but management should aim a littlehigher when interviewing potential employees! Read more

Person taking orders had to have things repeated several times. Acted inconvenienced when I had to request a receipt. Fries were... soggy and when I request the burger be remade because it was served cold it took them so long the rest of my party was finishedbefore I got edible food. Read more
