I never take the time to write reviews but this warranted the 5 minutes I will take. Noon on a Sunday, the place was empty. I... would have expected decent service since there were only 4 other tables occupied. The tables were sticky, the menus were grossand it took us over an hour to get our food. A table that arrived long after us got their food before us so I doubt it was dueto understaffing. This was my first and last time at McLintocks. Spend your money elsewhere. Read more
Just celebrated my 60th birthday party there. Food was excellent, service was great- even though there was one waitress due to... somebody quitting that day. The waitress that was there was phenomenal as was all the staff! Read more
Went yesterday with a friend. She had hard things in her salad that were not food. My ribeye sandwich was subpar at best. doggy... bread the shoestring onions were only 1/2 cooked just soggy ,The ribeye had lots of grissel. Horseradish sauce was just barelythere. I have not been back in years because of low quality of the food. Very disturbing. This is why it's not busy. Servicewas good that's last time I went 5 years ago I actually had rancid tri tip on my salad.. I will not be going back. Horriblecooks just do not care at Arroyo Grande Location!!! My sirloin and eggs was DELICIOUS. Steak was seasoned and seared perfectly. Gravy for their bisquits and gravy tasted really... good, and excellent portion for their two of everything breakfast.
