New staff is simply awful. Had to repeat every item we were ordering at least twice and employee still messed it up. She kept... blaming the "noise" but there was only one other customer in the restaurant. Saw two others come in from the drive thru while wewere eating because their orders were also incorrectly made. Restaurant interior was dirty to boot! Read more
Went through the drive thru tonight. They didn't take our order right away, in fact they asked us to wait to place our order. ... They had 3 cars parked waiting for food when we came to the window to pay. Our food came quickly but when we got back to thehotel, the hot onion rings that we ordered were completely black from being fried too long. Not sure if there was managementpresent but they obviously didn't know how to handle a late night "rush", nor knew that to hand out burnt food is totallyunacceptable. Update, my husband went back to get replacement onion rings. We opened the box at the hotel and once again theonion rings were black!!!! I guess they don't ever change the oil in their fryers.
